Quality Paving is a family business. The company was built over the years through hard work, honest relationships, and workmanship that earned repeat calls. William Wade Head helped build that reputation and set the standard we still measure ourselves against today.
When William passed in 2019, the responsibility of carrying that legacy forward passed to the next generation. We didn't want to simply keep the business operating. We wanted to honor the name that has been on our trucks for many years and build a company that will still be worth trusting long after we are gone.
That is the quiet part of the job. It doesn't show up in a bid. It shows up in how the crew acts when no one is watching, how a customer is treated after the invoice is paid, and how the pavement is holding up ten years later.
