Frequently Asked

Questions About Our Services

How long does new asphalt take to cure?

You can typically drive on new asphalt within 24–48 hours. Full cure — where the mat reaches maximum hardness — takes 30–90 days depending on temperature, mat thickness and traffic loads. During that window we recommend avoiding sharp turning of a stationary steering wheel and keeping heavy trailers off fresh mat.

How often should a parking lot be seal coated?

In Georgia's climate we recommend seal coating every 2–3 years for commercial lots and every 3–4 years for lower-traffic residential driveways. Seal coat blocks UV, oxidation, gasoline and water penetration — the four things that shorten asphalt life.

Can you provide insurance documentation?

Insurance documentation is available on request for commercial clients, property managers and municipal work.

Do you serve both commercial and residential customers?

Yes. We pave HOA lots, shopping centers, church parking, industrial facilities and municipal work — and we also install and reseal home driveways using the same commercial-grade materials and crews.

What areas do you serve?

Quality Paving provides estimates throughout Middle Georgia and surrounding communities, subject to project location and scheduling.

Do you provide free estimates?

Yes — every estimate is free and no-pressure. We visit the site, measure the area, and give you a written quote with the scope, materials and timeline spelled out.
