How long does new asphalt take to cure?＋
You can typically drive on new asphalt within 24-48 hours, but full cure takes 30-90 days depending on temperature and thickness. We provide clear aftercare instructions with every project.
How often should a parking lot be seal coated?＋
In Georgia's climate we recommend seal coating every 2-3 years for commercial lots. Seal coat protects against UV, water penetration and oil damage and helps extend the life of your pavement.

Insurance documentation is available on request for commercial projects.
