From First Call To Final Walkthrough

Nine steps, one crew, one accountable point of contact. Here's exactly what happens after you request an estimate from Quality Paving.

  1. STEP 01
    Same day

    Request an Estimate

Call, email, or submit the online form. We confirm scope, service area, and a site-visit window within one business day.

  2. STEP 02
    1–3 days

    Site Visit & Measurement

A Quality Paving estimator walks the site, measures square footage, evaluates the sub-grade, checks drainage, and photographs conditions.

  3. STEP 03
    2–5 days

    Written Proposal

You receive a line-item proposal with mix design, thickness, materials, scope-of-work, mobilization, and a defined workmanship review terms.

  4. STEP 04
    Varies by season

    Scheduling & Deposit

Once signed, we lock a start window and coordinate with your operations team, tenants, or HOA to minimize disruption.

  5. STEP 05
    1 day before

    Preparation

We deliver barricades, mark utilities, notify neighbors, and confirm access. See our Before You Pave guide for what to move.

  6. STEP 06
    1–5 days

    Construction

The same crew that quoted the job runs it. Base repair, paving, compaction, sealer, and striping happen on the schedule promised in the proposal.

  7. STEP 07
    Same day

    Cleanup

Broom-clean pavement, materials hauled off, barricades pulled as sections open. The lot is returned in better condition than we found it.

  8. STEP 08
    Day of completion

    Final Walkthrough

We walk the site with you, resolve any punch list, verify ADA stalls and fire lanes, and hand over a written maintenance timeline.

  9. STEP 09
    As documented

    Follow-Up & Project Terms

Any workmanship review terms are documented in the signed proposal. We remain reachable for questions after the job is complete.

FAQ

Process Questions

How long does a typical commercial job take?

Most parking-lot sealcoat and stripe jobs finish in 1–2 days. Paving overlays run 2–4 days. Full-depth reconstruction with base repair typically runs 3–5 days depending on square footage and drying conditions.

How far in advance should we schedule?

Spring and fall are our busiest seasons — plan 4–8 weeks ahead when possible. Urgent repair timing depends on scope, weather, material availability, and open crew dates.

Do you handle permits and traffic control?

Yes. When a job requires a right-of-way permit, encroachment sign-off, or lane closure, we manage the permitting and traffic-control setup as part of the scope.

Can our business stay open during the job?

Almost always. We sequence work so half the lot is available while the other cures. For churches, schools, and industrial clients we routinely work overnights and weekends.
